All our HospEquip branches offer you that extra reassurance of knowing we have technicians on call to assist you with equipment breakdowns or possibly help talk you through some troubleshooting options.
Our service technicians have comprehensive training in the diagnosis and repair or servicing of hospital and rehab equipment.
The WA and VIC branches also offer you the option of choosing an ongoing service contract to cover preventative maintenance and therefore ensure equipment downtime is minimised.
We keep stock of the most common spares required or can otherwise source them from local or our main suppliers as necessary.
In addition, we offer an Asset Management Platform to help you keep track of your equipment and their age and service record.
Standard Rates apply for jobs received between 7am and 6pm Weekdays
(Please note the phones are only manned from 8am – 4pm (Mon – Fri).
Outside these hours you can leave a message or possibly be redirected to the on-call technician)
Callout Fee – $95 (includes the first 30 minutes service)
Service Fee $25 per each 15 minutes thereafter
After Hours rates apply for jobs received between 6pm and 7am the following morning Weekdays, or after 6pm Friday to 7am the following Monday morning

If the problem is able to be rectified over the phone – there will be no charge.
