With a RotoBed® CHANGE, people who have difficulty getting in and out of bed are now able to do so with no physical effort. Just by a single touch of a remote control the bed is elevated to chair position and rotated towards the room. This facilitates both exit and transition to a wheelchair or stand-aid, simple and comprehensive remote control.

    Does it come with a warranty?

    Every product sold by HospEquip comes standard with a manufacturers warranty. Please refer to individual product specifications.

    What happens if I don't like it?

    Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

    Stock items that have not yet been dispatched may be able to be changed or cancelled. Special-order, customised or manufactured products may not be cancellable once production or procurement has commenced.

    How fast is shipping?

    Lead times depend on product availability, quantity, configuration and delivery location.

    Stocked items may be dispatched relatively quickly, while customised furniture, specialist medical equipment and large project orders may have longer manufacturing or supplier lead times.

    What's the returns policy?

    Returns are subject to HospEquip's returns terms and the nature of the product.

    For hygiene, infection-control and safety reasons, some healthcare products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Special-order and customised products may also be excluded.
